Mr. Acharya is the member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India since May 2011. He also has B. Com degree from Madras University. He brings the experience of 10 years in auditing, risk and assurance with particular love for fast paced, high growth, international technology and hospitality related companies. His past experience includes service in Singhvi, Dev and Unni, Chartered Accountants, Bangalore, India as Risk and Assurance Manager where he was involved in Internal Audit, Fraud Investigation, Process Mapping, SOX compliance of some of the renowned companies across globe like Infosys Technologies, TATA Group of Companies, Texas Instruments, Maini etc. After returning from Bangalore, India, he has served as Financial Controller for CG Corp Global (Hospitality division) whereby he successfully completed various hospitality projects in Nepal and China. Prior to joining BRSA he also held top position as Chief Manager –F and A in one of the leading automobile companies in Nepal.
Mr. Shah is the member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India since June 2013 and the member of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nepal in June 2015. He also has MBA degree from Madras University. His previous association was with M/s Chaudhary Group, Kathmandu, the Nepal based multinational conglomerate, as an Assistant Manager, Internal Audit, looking after the audit and compliances of Noodles Manufacturing Units of CG Foods – Nepal and India Operation and various other manufacturing and non-manufacturing units within the group. He also remained as proficient member of Corporate Finance Team for India Operation of Chaudhary Group. His role also remained significant in shaping the newly structured Cost Monitoring Department in the group.
Mr. Singh is member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nepal since June 2014 and member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India since May 2013. He also hold Masters of Commerce degree in Finance and Taxation and Completed CS Executive program from Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI). His prior experience include service in Chaudhary Group (CG Corp | Global) as an Asset Manager for International Hospitality Division. He had also served for leading companies in automobiles business in Nepal (e.g. YAMAHA, SKODA, FIAT, JCB, MAN etc.,) as Corporate Finance Manager.
Subodh Thapa can be characterized as Entrepreneur, Hotelier, Trainer and Marketing expert. Born on 7 th of January 1966, his academic achievements include a Bachelor’s degree in Science, a 3 year Hotel Management Degree and a Masters Degree from the Oberoi School of Hotel Management (awarded the Rai Bahadur M S Oberoi Gold Medal). He has over 25 years of experience in Food & Beverage, Rooms Division Operations and Marketing of deluxe hotel products such as the Soaltee Oberoi ( later rebranded as the Soaltee Crowne Plaza, Kathmandu), Dusit Thani Fulbari Resort Pokhara and the Hyatt Regency Kathmandu as Director of Marketing. With vast experience in the hospitality industry he has travelled extensively within the region and internationally. Leisure time interests are reading, writing, tennis, golf and travelling. His training curriculum includes CR Management Initiatives with Banks, Hotel Management Colleges and INGOs. Management Consulting Projects involve, CG Hotels & Resorts, Zinc Hotels & Resorts, The Australian Embassy in Nepal, Continental Group and Tilganga Institute of Ophthalmology and Le Meridien Golf & Spa Resort to name a select few. He is a Board Trustee with NYBF ( Nepal Youth Business Foundation) a program of the FNCCI, affiliated with the YBI – A program under the patronage of HRH Prince Charles of England and he also holds active memberships with CACCI ( Confederation of Asia Pacific Chambers of Commerce & Industries) and with SCCI ( SAARC Chamber of Commerce and Industry).
